We want to provide you with the best information possible. Before you schedule your appointment, make sure to look over our frequently asked questions where you'll find answers to our most commonly asked questions regarding insurance and billing, cancellation policies and more.   • Where is your office located?

    We are located at the corner of Waiaphu Depot and Farrington Highway. It is the 5-story building (the old American Savings Building) across the street from the Toyota Dealership.

  • How can I request information or make an appointment?

  • Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

    Yes, please arrive only 10-15 minutes early from your scheduled appointment time to fill out any First Visit patient forms.


    *Please note: Due to new guidelines and the safety of our patients, please DO NOT arrive earlier than the 10-15min before your scheduled appointment. If you do, please patiently wait in your car or outside near the premises. 


  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring the following items with you to your appointment: 

    • Identification ie. Driver's License, State ID or Military ID 
    • Dental Insurance Card (if applicable) 

  • How long will my first appointment last?

    It varies depending on the reason for the appointment but please allow 1 to 1.5 hours for the first visit. 

  • Is your office handicap accessible?

    Yes, there is an elevator available for our patients. The work units are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

  • What kind of insurance do you take?

    We accept all major insurances ie. HDS, HDS medicaid, HMSA, HMAA, Humana, Cigna, Metlife, and Aetna. If your plan is not listed, we will submit the claim for the patient. For those without dental insurance or plans with limited benefits, we participate with Chewsi and the fees can be viewed at Chewsi.com. 

  • What are your payment and financial policies?

    We accept cash, check, and charge cards. 

    Financial arrangements can also be made for extensive treatment.


  • What are your hours?

    Monday 8:30AM - 6PM 

    Tuesday 8:30AM - 4PM 

    Wednesday 8:30AM - 6PM 

    Thursday 8:30AM - 12PM 

    Friday 8:30AM - 12PM 

    Saturday 7AM - 12PM 

    Sunday CLOSED 

    *We are closed for lunch from 1pm-2pm on Monday & Wednesday


    *Please note: We rotate being closed on Thursday or Friday every week. 


  • Is your office near a bus stop?

    Yes, we are near the Waipahu Transit Center. 

  • I have dentures. Is it necessary for me to still see my dentist?

    Yes, even if there are no teeth present, it is still important to have a dental exam.  An oral cancer screening will be performed and we can see if there any irregularity present in the mouth.
